Abigael KiturFocused and self-motivated botanist and evolutionary biologist with research interests in phylogenomics, conservation genetics, plant evolution, and ecological adaptation. My current research focuses on understanding diversification, species boundaries, ecological specialization, and climate vulnerability in arid-adapted plant systems using integrative genomic and ecological approaches. Experienced in DNA sequencing, phylogenomic analyses, species delimitation, and bioinformatics, with growing interests in landscape genomics, comparative evolution, and conservation under climate change. Passionate about combining molecular, ecological, and computational tools to address evolutionary and conservation questions in environmentally specialized plants. Good communicator with the ability to work independently, manage interdisciplinary projects, and contribute to collaborative scientific research.
